After completing studies at Westminster College, Aaron worked at Château d'Esclimont hotel near Paris, before joining Claridge’s hotel in 1995 for five years. Aaron joined the rhubarb family in 2001 in a front of house role where he gained operational experience.. In 2009, Aaron took a contract director role during which he was responsible. for much of the client-facing and contract-based business. Aaron was instrumental in presenting and winning rhubarb’s Royal Albert Hall contract and he went on to manage all rhubarb’s operations at the hall.. In 2016, Aaron oversaw the mobilisation of the rhubarb contract at The Goodwood Estate; operating a high-quality food and beverage offering across the racecourse and motor circuit.
