Alex Mieza, Daoist name Zi Xiao, is an international master of Traditional Chinese Martial Arts and Daoist Internal Health Cultivation Arts from Wudang Mountains, China.In 1997 was initiated in the Traditional Chinese Martial Arts in the Academy of Pachitanglang International in Barcelona, Spain. This delegation was supervised by Master Su Yuzhang (Su Yu-Chang) from Taiwan.Since then, Alex Mieza has followed an intensive and constant training that led him to train and learn from several of the most recognized Chinese Martial Arts masters, including Su Yuzhang, Yu Tianlu, Wu Zhongxian, Yu Liting, Chen Lisheng, Yuan Xiugang.In 2006, Alex Mieza traveled to China to develop his studies in Chinese Martial arts, training in the Beijing Sports University, in the famous Shaolinsi (Shaolin Temple) and in the Dafa Wangsi (Da Fa Wang Temple).In 2009, Alex traveled to the Wudang Mountains, to train in the Wudang Daoist Traditional Kung Fu Academy, under the supervision of Master Yuan Xiugang (Yuan Xiu Gang), Daoist name Shi Mao.In 2012 was initiated in the traditional Daoist family from Wudang mountains by the Daoist ritual of Bai Shi (Discipleship Ceremony) becoming an official member of Wudang Sanfeng Pai's Daoist official lineage, representing the 16th Generation of lineage holders, in a lineage dating back to 14th century since its creation by the historic Daoist monk Zhangsanfeng (Chang San Feng).Alex Mieza is the first official Spanish disciple under Master Yuan Xiugang, representing his school and sharing his knowledge to the rest of the western world. Since then he has been expanding these arts in different parts of the world where he is called to spread his teachings, such as Spain, England, United States, Bulgaria, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia and Morocco.
