Abby Barraclough is a Corporate Counsel of ZAGG. Abby manages ZAGG’s legal department and oversees outside legal service providers. More specifically, Abby manages the company’s contracts, intellectual property and compliance matters and also provides regular training for ZAGG’s employees on legal and compliance issues. Abby also directs and works. closely with ZAGG’s director of human resources.. Abby has been working in the legal field since 1999 and has spent a significant portion of her career practicing intellectual property law. Abby also serves on the board of the Mountain West Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and is actively engaged with the in-house legal counsel community. Abby frequently teaches and presents in educational settings including conferences, seminars and in the classroom.. Abby received her J.D. degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Weber State University.. Abby is a Member in good standing of the Utah State Bar and is also a registered Patent Attorney in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
