Extensive experience in people operations and human resource management roles, working at senior management level. Reporting to the CEO and forming a critical part of the Senior Leadership Team, I drive the HR strategy, policies and practices across the business. This includes guiding, directing and managing HR functions alongside our vision,. values, strategy and business plans. I lead the development and delivery of HR, employee engagement, safety and well being practices supporting and enabling the senior leadership group and their teams to deliver strategic and day to day business outcomes.
