Abby Sternberg joined Milliman in 2005 and is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a consulting actuary with Milliman. Abby has been involved in a broad range of actuarial consulting services. Her clients include personal and commercial lines insurance carriers, state governmental agencies,. self-insured companies, risk-retention groups, and captive insurance companies. She works on various commercial and personal lines, and her work experience includes reserving, ratemaking, self-insured funding and retention analyses, and special project work. Abby has recently developed the rates and filing support for several insurance products serving emerging markets including homeowners, on-demand transportation fleets, and autonomous vehicles. Prior to joining Milliman, Abby worked for Houston Casualty Company on pricing and reserving of various products.
