Agatha has a total of more than 20 years of cross functional, multi-market experience that include brand and product marketer, creative agency account management, youth marketing and media marketing.. She previously spent 7+ years with McDonald’s Singapore, where in her last role as the head of marketing, she helped garner industry and McDonald’s. global awards, inclusive of Effies, Singapore’s media award for the McDonald’s brand, and other personal awards.. Agatha was also a McDonald’s global women’s leadership award winner in 2008, from a total of 10 award winners recognized globally; she was one of the 2 women leaders who were from the Asia Pacific/Middle East/Africa region, and the first and only one to win from Singapore. Prior to joining McDonald’s, she also held senior roles with a few global advertising agencies, such as Euro RSCG and BBDO Singapore.. Agatha joined Sentosa in November, as Director of Sales and Marketing. She heads up the Aggregator commercial leisure management entity of Sentosa, which constitutes the Ticketing, Sales, Channels solution unit, Marketing unit, and the Programs and Events unit.
