Mr. Mamdani has been the President of the Corporation since December 2003 and Chief Executive Officer since September 2007. He also served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation from September 2001 to July 2002 and as the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation from July 2002 to September 2007 and May 15, 2001 to. August 29 2001. Mr. Mamdani has a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master of Laws in corporate law and finance from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Mamdani is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the New York Bar, and the Certified Management Accountants of Alberta. He is also a director of the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
