Abhik is a professional with experience in diverse functions like Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Risk Management; Credit Underwriting and Sales & Marketing. He has worked in organizations such as GE Commercial Finance; GE Capital; Philips; and JWT.. Abhik was a Leadership Development Program member at GE Capital and. was responsible for Strategic Underwriting, and also Deal Sourcing. He was also part of the Strategy team at the Philips India Head Office.. Abhik co-founded 2 companies – AG FutureTech in 2009 (which is an Engineering Design and Development co.) and AG KnowledgeTech in early 2011 (which is a Management Consulting and Research co.). He is also a member of East Angels, an angel funding organisation started by alumni from IIT Kharagpur, looking to invest in tech, web2.0 and SaaS start-ups.. Abhik is a graduate in Computer Sciences from Delhi and holds a MBA degree from IBS, Hyderabad, INDIA. He is also slated to complete an Executive program in Venture Capital from the University of California at Berkeley later this year.
