Pianist, composer and choirmaster Harry Victor Lojewski studied music with Homer Grunn and Oscar Wagner, and began his career as a pianist in dance bands. During World War 2, he served in the United States Army. Returning, he was a rehearsal pianist for film studios by 1946, supervising music for feature films and later, television features. He joined ASCAP in 1964, and served as choirmaster at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Northridge, California.
