Mr. Rogers joined Performance Equity in 2013 as Vice President, Investor Relations and Marketing. Prior to joining Performance Equity, Mr. Rogers was a Vice President in the Investor Relations group at First Reserve, a private equity investment firm focused on the global energy sector. In addition to his Investor Relations role, Mr. Rogers also. managed First Reserve’s co-investment program. Prior to First Reserve, Mr. Rogers was a Senior Analyst in the Private Markets group at NEPC, a Cambridge-based investment consulting firm, where he conducted manager due diligence, client portfolio monitoring and reporting, and portfolio planning and construction. Mr. Rogers received his BSBA in Finance from Northeastern University, and his MBA from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern.
