As a co-founder and COO/CFO of eBrevia, Adam Nguyen is responsible for the company’s daily operation, as well as finance, budget, and strategic matters.. Adam’s experience extends to founding Ivy Link, an education advisory firm with over 20 instructors and advisors, and serving as the Chief-of-Staff and Legal Officer of Vantage Properties,. a 350-person real estate investment and management firm.. In addition to operational management, finance and in-house legal experience, Adam has practiced law at the global law firms of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP, where he focused on private equity, hedge fund formation and mergers and acquisitions — as well as at AQR Capital Management, a multi-asset investment management firm, where he helped to expand the firm’s hedge fund products and managed accounts.. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Columbia and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. He has also studied at the University of California, Berkeley as a Woodrow Wilson Fellow in Public Policy and International Affairs, and at the University College London.
