Mr. McAulay is an experienced public and private company CFO. He has worked as a professional accountant at one of Canada’s leading mid-sized accounting firms MNP LLP where he earned his Chartered Accountant designation. Following MNP LLP, he was the CFO of US-listed Naked Underwear (NAKD). He has previously served as the youngest elected person in. Canada on his local School Board, was formally a member of University of the Fraser Valley’s Board of Governors and President of the Board in the largest social service agency in his community. He was awarded the inaugural Young Distinguished Alumni Award from his Alma Mater, the University of the Fraser Valley.
