Abbas Kazmi

Abbas is a serial entrepreneur and investor who set up first company (of many) at 16 and numerous successful ventures later still has a burning passion for supporting entrepreneurs and getting involved with projects from a wide range of areas. A true Stakhanovite, some of his latest ventures include AFFINITY and Collegiate Capital both of which he. founded and runs. Chairman and refounder of the illustrious Oxford Guild Business Society, the largest society in the world, CEO and founder of the Oxford Accelerator and a UK Undergraduate of the Year award winner, he has been named as one of the Entrepreneurs of the Year by NACUE and as a 'One to Watch' by Freshminds. Abbas is also the founder and President of the Collegium Global Network. He has been named as a Gateway 'Rising Star' and is a runner up in the national AMMT Fellowship award. He has featured in the BBC, Financial Times, the Telegraph, the Independent and many other media outlets around the world. He has been the driving force behind some notable events such as Kanye West’s guest lecture at Oxford and the Upstart Word Summit and competition. An academic scholar both at Westminster School and Oxford University (at New College), he has extensive work experience including at the financial powerhouses such as BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and many others across finance, consulting, commodities, private equity and venture capital.
