Alan Marcum, 51, was elected to the position of executive vice president Administration in 2008. Marcum has been with Devon since 1995, and most recently held the position of vice president and controller. Marcum is responsible for office administration, information technology, project management and records management. Prior to joining Devon,. Marcum was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick (now KPMG LLP) as a senior auditor. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from East Central University. Marcum is a certified public accountant and a member of the Oklahoma State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the board of directors of EnLink Midstream Partners, LP, and EnLink Midstream, LLC.
