He was influenced by a letter written by Avni Dilligil in the Spring of 1946, leaving his education halfway and joining the establishment of the Izmir City Theater. On February 28, 1946, it takes its place in the first play of Izmir City Theater in Strindberg's play "Guilty". Then he returns to Istanbul and starts dubbing. He founded the Istanbul Chamber Theater in 1958 and made tours with Nazim Hikmet's play "Cow".
